Press-ons are made from gels that contain acrylates. While the soft gel tip and gel polish materials are fully cured and top-coated, GN Collections does not, to the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, assume liability for gel-related allergies or injuries. Acrylates are recognized skin sensitizers, and reactions can occur even with properly cured products.
If you have a history of sensitive skin or known allergies to acrylates, methacrylates, or nail adhesives, we strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. If irritation, redness, swelling, or discomfort occurs at any point, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or dermatologist. Do not apply press-on nails to broken, irritated, damaged, or infected nails or skin.
Nail glues also contain acrylates. The nail glue and application kit contents — including nail buffer block, cuticle pusher, file, and alcohol pad — are commercially obtained and included with the nail set as a complimentary item. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GN Collections is not responsible for discomfort, inconvenience, or injury related to or associated with these application kit components.
Each nail set comes with instructions for application. These instructions are suggestions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the instructions are compatible and comfortable for their own use. GN Collections and its associated entity, GGDM AT-HOME LLC, do not accept responsibility or liability for the application practice used by the customer, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable New Jersey or federal law.
By purchasing and using GN Collections products, you acknowledge this disclaimer and voluntarily assume the risks reasonably associated with the application, wear, and removal of press-on nails and related kit components. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under New Jersey law, including rights under the New Jersey Products Liability Act and the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
Returns & Exchanges
Because press-on nails and application kit components come into direct contact with skin and nails, and because each set is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item, to hello@gncollections.com. This policy is disclosed here and at checkout in accordance with New Jersey’s Refund Policy Disclosure Act.
