• Made-to-order or out-of-stock designs have a 2‑week lead time while we hand-finish your set.
• Need it sooner? Rush options are available at checkout.
• Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS and typically arrive within 3–4 business days once shipped (US only).
• You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Fit Guarantee

We want you to love your GN fit, every time. Your nails are made using the sizes you choose, and we stand behind that. We are offering 365 days adjustment and replacement guarantee.

• If any tip does not match the size you selected, we'll remake and replace that tip for free, including shipping.
• If your preset size needs a tweak, we'll adjust your sizes for free on a replacement set.
• Just email us at hello@gncollections.com so we can take care of it.

Returns

At GN Collections, every set is hand-finished to order, but we never want you to feel stuck.

• If, after we've helped with sizing adjustments, you're still unhappy with your set, we offer a money‑back guarantee on your first order.

If we made a mistake

• If you received the wrong set or there is a structural defect, we'll remake or replace it right away at no cost.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at hello@gncollections.com.

How to request a return

• We'll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions so you don't have to worry about the details.
