If we made a mistake

• If you received the wrong set or there is a structural defect, we’ll remake or replace it right away at no cost.

After several iterations we are very excited to introduce the Signature Ritual Kit. Secret to long lasting and reusable wear. Follow the Signature Ritual. We are including it with every kit. Each kit will come with 3 special solutions and sticky tabs to achieve durability, long lasting or quick overnight wear for that special occasion. Follow the instructions provided with the nail kit. Any questions- just contact us. If you are not happy we will refund you!

1. Cleaning - File, buff and push cuticle with no overhangs with cuticle pusher provided in the kit. Wipe with alcohol pad.
2. Dehyrator/Primer 1 - Apply HEMA-free and acid-free dehydrator on all 10 nails. Wait 1 min to dry. 
3. Bonding/Strengthening 2 - Apply using brush. Wait 10 mins till bone dry. Helps protect nails from glue damages. Toxin-free.
4. Glue 3 - Apply the glue on the nail with the brush. Do not let it dry 

After prep, when you are ready to apply the press on to your nails, ensure that you are pushing on the underneath on the cuticle gently at a 45 degree angle. The secret to a seamless fit! Click here to see. 

We guarantee fit with standard nail sizes. If there are nails in your kit that don't fit, contact us within 15 days and we will replace it with the right size. GN will cover shipping cost of corrected nails to the customer.

When you are ready to wear the nails, follow the prep kit instructions and apply the press ons on a 45 degree angle pushing against the cuticle.

When you are ready to remove the press ons, soak your hands in warm water with some soap and your favorite oil (olive or coconut) for 15-20 mins. Gently push it with the cuticle pusher.

If the press on has debris on it, soak the press ons alone in the warm water for some time and scrape it gently with the cuticle pusher. wipe dry and store it in the keep sake box included in the kit.

GN Home Salon Sets are priced to reflect the time, materials, and rewear you get from each design. Each set is individually hand‑painted using professional high quality gels from home and abroad. A single set takes about 3–4 hours to make. Your price covers a full salon‑quality manicure’s worth of artistry and care, multiplied across multiple uses instead of just one appointment. 

What is your shipping, return and replacement policy?
We typically process and ship orders within 5-7 business days. We back our sets with our size and fit-satisfaction guarantee for 365 days. If you need any adjustments for sizes after receiving your set, we will adjust and reship for free- no questions asked. If any nail doesn’t fit, just contact us with your order number at hello@gncollections.com and we will re-ship the right nail for free.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Fulfilled in 5-7 business days and then take roughly 3–4 days for domestic shipping. Made‑to‑order and out‑of‑stock designs generally require about 2 weeks for production, plus shipping time.

Can I rush my order?
Yes. If you need your set sooner, add the appropriate Rush Product to your cart. Rush orders are prioritized for 1‑business‑day fulfillment (production time), then shipped via your selected method.

How do I find my size ?
Preset sizes are a standard. Medium is most common.

How do I apply the nails?
Follow the instructions on the card step by step for long lasting wear.

How do I remove the nails?
Removal is gentle. Soak your hands for 15 mins in warm water with soap and few drops of oil. Slowly push out with a cuticle pusher. If it's not ready soak some more. 

How long do GN nails last and are they reusable?
With proper prep and application using our 3‑step system, many GN Collectors wear their sets for up to 2 weeks of regular use. Reusability depends on how gently you remove them and how much adhesive you use; if you remove them carefully, they can be worn 4-5 times. 

How do I reuse GN nails?
Remove the nails and clean them will a nail file gently or apply some vaseline and slowly scrape with a cuticle pusher to clean out the back of the nail. Wash and wipe dry. Store it in the archival box that is included in the kit.
