How are GN Home Salon sets priced?
GN Home Salon Sets are priced to reflect the time, materials, and rewear you get from each design. Each set is individually hand‑painted using professional high quality gels from home and abroad. A single set takes about 3–4 hours to make. Your price covers a full salon‑quality manicure's worth of artistry and care, multiplied across multiple uses instead of just one appointment.

What is your shipping, return and replacement policy?
We typically process and ship orders within 7 -10 business days. We back our sets with our size and fit-satisfaction guarantee for lifetime. If we made a mistake in sizing, just contact us with your order number at hello@gncollections.com and we will re-ship the right nail for free.

Since each set is a bespoke fit, we are unable to accept returns. 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once the sizes are confirmed, orders are fulfilled in 7 business days and then take roughly 3–4 days for domestic shipping. International shipping can take up to 7 days or so, depending on the region.

Can I rush my order?
Yes. If you need your set sooner, add the appropriate Rush Product to your cart. Rush orders are prioritized for 1‑business‑day fulfillment (production time), then shipped via your selected method.

How do I find my size?
Nails come custom-sized for you based on the sizes you shared from our sizing kit. The sizing kit is free with the first order. We send the sizing kit within 48 hrs via mail to you, you size and report. More info on ordering here. 

However, for international orders, nail sets will be customized differently. Nails will measured using a coin method, where the client will send a photo of their nails as per the given instructions. This will ensure nails fit wall-to-wall and there is full coverage. More on nail sizing using coin method here. 

How do I put the press-on nails?
Follow the instructions on the card step by step for long lasting wear. Apply the press ons at a 45 degree angle against the cuticle and press in.

How do I remove the nails?
Removal is gentle. Soak your hands for 15 mins in warm water with soap and few drops of oil. Slowly push out with a cuticle pusher. If it's not ready soak some more.

How long do GN nails last and are they reusable?
With proper prep and application using our 3‑step system, many GN Collectors wear their sets for up to 2 weeks of regular use. Reusability depends on how gently you remove them and how much adhesive you use; if you remove them carefully, they can be worn 4-5 times.

How do I reuse GN nails?
Remove the nails and clean them with a nail file gently or apply some vaseline and slowly scrape with a cuticle pusher to clean out the back of the nail. Wash and wipe dry. Store it in the archival box that is included in the kit.

We guarantee fit with standard nail sizes for 365 days. GN will cover shipping cost of corrected nails to the customer.

When you are ready to wear the nails, follow the prep kit instructions.

When you are ready to remove the press ons, soak your hands in warm water with some soap and your favorite oil (olive or coconut) for 15-20 mins. Gently push it with the cuticle pusher.

If the press on has debris on it, soak the press ons alone in the warm water for some time and scrape it gently with the cuticle pusher. wipe dry and store it in the keep sake box included in the kit.

We want you to love your GN fit, every time. Your nails are made using the sizes you choose, and we stand behind that. We are offering 365 days adjustment and replacement guarantee.

• If any tip does not match the size you selected, we'll remake and replace that tip for free, including shipping.

Returns

Once the sizes are received or on file, the order processing begins immediately. Since these are customized bespoke products, we are unable to accept returns. Because press-on nails and application kit components come into direct contact with skin and nails, and because each set is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item, to hello@gncollections.com. This policy is disclosed here and at checkout in accordance with New Jersey's Refund Policy Disclosure Act.

Refunds and Cancellations 

• At GN Collections, we strive to provide a flawless experience and meticulously craft each set to your specifications. Because our hand-painted press-on nails are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once your sizing is on file.
  Cancellations and refunds are only permitted for orders where your sizing has not yet been submitted. Please note that an $8 sizing and processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Due to increased USPS shipping costs, we are unable to waive this fee at this time.

  • Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
  • For Visa and Mastercard transactions, we can provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for your bank to trace the funds.

If we made a mistake

• If you received the wrong set or there is a structural defect, we'll remake or replace it right away at no cost. Since these are hand painted there will be minor differences when nail lengths are adjusted and hence GN cannot be help liable for minor differences for design including but not limited to charms, 3D, patterns. 
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at hello@gncollections.com.
• As soon as your custom nail set ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. While we carefully ensure your package leaves our studio safely, GN Collections cannot be held liable for packages lost or stolen in transit.
