- Tier 1/ $55- solids including cateyes, polka dots and all chrome nails. Max 1 hr work.
- Tier 2/ $80- French styles any color or ombre with accents or glitters/Minimal designs all 10 fingers/Minimal line art/minimal chrome/ 2 out of 10 fingers. Max 2 hrs
- Tier 3/ $110 - Line art work and patterns including abstract art. 3D art five fingers. Max 4 hrs.
- Tier 4/ $140- Full accent work with multiple layers, 3D, gemstone, chrome, jewellery type designs. Mixed media usage.
- Tier 5/$230- Bespoke asymmetric heavy line art with jewels, multi-metallic chrome, rhinestones, 3D clay, sculpting. Multiple layers on the tip on top of which multiple levels of art and sculpting performed. Upwards of 10 hrs of work.

Choose options
- Gigi hand-paints with Korean and Japanese gel polishes. Shipped from NJ, USA.
- 4-5 layers of gel paint along with builder gel for durability.
- Sculpted finish and etched at the back for seamless fit.
- 2-4 hours for each set including painting and sculpting
When a sizing kit arrives in the mail, open it and record the number that fits right. Apply the sizing kit nail as if you are applying the press-on but without the glue. Pay attention to the following while sizing:
- Sidewall to sidewall fit for full coverage of the gel tip.
- Check for gel tip coverage on your nail bed, especially if short is not too short for your nail bed. Example- for some customers a short or x-short is too small on their nail bed and they need to use medium length to achieve a short nail length. While for others, a short is rather like a medium for their nail bed.

Sizing using the coin method:
For international clients or anyone who chooses this, use the coin method. The coin can be any denomination, any country. Just let me know which coin you used while you share your photos. Here are some pro-tips for coin method sizing.

Fit Guarantee
We want you to love your GN fit, every time. Your nails are made using the sizes you choose, and we stand behind that. We are offering 365 days adjustment and replacement guarantee.
- If any tip does not match the size you selected, we'll remake and replace that tip for free, including shipping.
- Please follow the guide on sizing your nails in the size guide that comes with the sizing kit to avoid this.

Returns
Once the sizes are received or on file, the order processing begins immediately. Since these are customized bespoke products, we are unable to accept returns. Because press-on nails and application kit components come into direct contact with skin and nails, and because each set is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item, to hello@gncollections.com. This policy is disclosed here and at checkout in accordance with New Jersey's Refund Policy Disclosure Act.
Refunds and Cancellations

At GN Collections, we strive to provide a flawless experience and meticulously craft each set to your specifications. Because our hand-painted press-on nails are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once your sizing is on file.Cancellations and refunds are only permitted for orders where your sizing has not yet been submitted. Please note that an $8 sizing and processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Due to increased USPS shipping costs, we are unable to waive this fee at this time.

Refund Processing Details• Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used for the order.• Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.• If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us.• For Visa and Mastercard transactions, we can provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for your bank to trace the funds.
If we made a mistake
- If you received the wrong set or there is a structural defect, we'll remake or replace it right away at no cost. Since these are hand painted there will be minor differences when nail lengths are adjusted and hence GN cannot be help liable for minor differences for design including but not limited to charms, 3D, patterns.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at hello@gncollections.com.
- As soon as your custom nail set ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. While we carefully ensure your package leaves our studio safely, GN Collections cannot be held liable for packages lost or stolen in transit.
