Free shipping over $100.
Orders fulfilled in 2-5 days. For a Rush fee, orders can be expedited.
Items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or via UPS and can take 3-4 business days once shipped within the US domestically. We will let you know and share tracking once it is fulfilled and ready to be shipped.
Fit Guarantee
We guarantee that our nails are Aprés fit and will be made based on the size chosen. If any of the tips are not the size you picked, then we will exchange that tip for free and ship it to you at no cost. We however, cannot guarantee wrong fit determined by you. If you are new and there is a need to get a different size we can make the same set with the improved size. Reach us at hello@gigisnails.com and we will be more than happy to accomodate a new set with an adjustment discount.
Return Policy
At Gigi's Nails, we take pride in our hand-finished nail sets. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.
Our Mistake
If we sent you the wrong set or there's a structural defect, we'll replace it immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at hello@gigisnails.com
Return Process
All returns must be requested first at hello@gigisnails.com before sending items back. We will provide a return shipping label with instructions.
